The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince CaspianNot sure what to say, other than I love it. It brings the memory of the movie with it. It's beautiful moody, dramatic, light-hearted music. An all around great soundtrack.
It's incredibly annoying how they make the best songs on the album "album only." I have no intention of buying the whole album, I just want "The Call" and "This is Home." Ugh, so pissed off because I can't buy them anywhere.
ok. last of the three.ANOTHER favorite of his. he plays this along with the others over and over again.loves them and can tell you allllllllllllllll about this one and the mummy movie and the high school musical movie.(as well as any of the others in his collection)again, not my cup of tea, but, chris likes them and i get the movies for him.
I have both "Narnia" soundtracks and I have to say that I very much enjoy much of the music; I don't find all of the songs at the end of the CD to be very enjoyable, however. If you are a fan of very cinematic music, you will find it in some of the scores of the "Prince Caspian" soundtrack. I love the themes Harry Gregson-Williams created, and I would say that if you are a fan of music and the "Narnia" films, both soundtracks would be very enjoyable to you. I find the music of "Prince Caspian" very good and Harry Gregson-Williams is obviously a talented musician. Although I think I was disappointed at first that the CD is not in a jewel case, I don't mind it that much now, although the corners of the cardboard case do get a bit damaged. I would have appreciated having the length of the pieces on the case, but in general I have been pleased with this soundtrack and have been glad I purchased it.
I tried iTunes and Amazon, both with the same results.Even while in college in '99 and 2000 I never used Napster. Why, why, why can't you buy either the Regina Spektor or Switchfoot song by themselves. Stealing is stealing and music shouldn't be free, but c'mon Disney (and the rest of the music industry). This is so frustrating and it's one of the reasons people turn to services like LimeWire and steal music. I love Regina's song and am perfectly willing to pay $.99 for it but am not going to buy the who album. pull your heads out of your *ss. These types of decisions are just plain stupid.
